Tuesday’s Chair Yoga with Paula: Join Paula Tuesday mornings for YOGA with a Chair.  Yoga with a Chair includes warm ups/exercises (postures) while seated and standing;  making it accessible for all levels.  Yoga's many benefits include stretching, strengthening, balance and body awareness while focusing on the breath and quieting the mind.  Yoga supports our overall health, vitality and independence!

Wednesday’s Yoga with Paula: Join Paula Wednesday evenings for Hatha YOGA.  Hatha YOGA is a foundational branch of yoga that emphasizes the balance between the body and mind through a series of postures (asanas) and breathing techniques.  This gentle to moderate level class focuses on body alignment, strength, flexibility, balance, endurance and mindfulness through movement and meditation.  YOGA promotes our overall health, vitality and well-being on and off the mat!  Modifications are offered and encouraged;  participants should be able to comfortably get up and down from the floor.

Saturday’s Yoga with Reba: Beginning November 8th, join Reba for Hatha yoga on Saturday mornings at 10. Hatha yoga is all about bringing inner balance and peace, and Reba’s classes are slow flow, beginner-friendly and meant for all experience levels to enjoy. The focus will be on gentle stretching and mindful self-awareness. Yoga mats and props will be available for use during class, or you may bring your own. Reba offers modifications using a chair if getting down onto the mat is not accessible or comfortable.
