Welcome to New Dawn Arts: After-School Youth Playhouse
New Program at New Dawn!🎭
We are pleased to offer the "pilot program" of New Dawn Youth Playhouse! This form saves your child’s spot in our new After-School drama workshop, where young people explore drama, acting, movement, and storytelling in a supportive setting.
The first session will be six consecutive Thursdays after school in October/November 2026 for grades 3, 4, 5.
The activities will include (but not limited to…)
Costume & Wardrobe Fun!
Theater Games!
Improvisation!
Short Silly Skits!
New Dawn Playhouse will be run by Co-Instructors Annie Banning & Chrissy Stanton!
Co-Instructor Ms. Banning has taught Art & Theater for over 30 years in both Westminster and Harvard, Mass. She currently teaches Art Education at Westminster Elementary School and runs the After-School Art Club & the Westminster Youth Playhouse.
Come join the fun! 🌟
At New Dawn Arts Center, we know that art-making is part of being human & being well. Your child will work with peers, build confidence, and help create small performances that celebrate many voices and experiences.
