Share in the joy of music with your child as they learn to keep the beat, play rhythms, move to the music and play small percussion instruments.

The current theme is “Summer Fun”! The class is exploring the fun activities of summer through song, movement, and dance. We will continue to find the beat in our bodies and experiment with percussion. In the coming weeks the class will celebrate various holidays, summer foods, and nature, begin to work with the “metals” (triangles, finger cymbals) and woods (rhythm sticks, wood blocks) and dance with scarves and ribbons.
