A New Dawn Arts, Dee Opera, & AWRSD Collaboration

In this exciting collaboration celebrating National Music in our School’s Month, students from Oakmont Regional High School’s Choir, led by Kris DeMoura, will learn from and perform with professional contemporary opera singers, as part of an ongoing collaboration between Dee Opera and New Dawn Arts Center. Students will workshop with professional opera singers throughout the month during the school day, gaining insight into the historic craft and vocal training from the professionals, leading up to the opportunity to perform outside of the school for the public at a collaborative concert event in the art center’s main performance hall at the end of the month.
